BLACKSTORM Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our game, Fairy Twins (the “Service”).
This Policy is intended for users in North America (including the United States and Canada). If we expand availability to other regions, we may update this Policy.
Information We Collect
The Service supports guest access and optional account sign-in/linking via GamePot (including Google Sign-In). We do not collect or store your password.
We may collect:
A. Account & Authentication Information (Optional)
If you choose to sign in or link an account, we may collect and process:
Google Sign-In information (e.g., Google account identifier; and, depending on your Google permissions/scopes, basic profile information such as email address and display name)
GamePot account/linking identifiers and tokens necessary to connect your game access to your account
Account linking/unlinking status and related technical records
B. Gameplay & Service Logs (Including “In-Game Actions”)
To operate the Service, maintain stability, prevent abuse, and support customer service, we may record service and gameplay events such as:
Access/connection records (e.g., login/session start and end times)
Account deletion requests and related processing records (where applicable)
Virtual item acquisitions using in-game currency/resources (virtual items; no real-money payment processing)
Stage clear/completion events
Reward/claim events
Basic gameplay progression and service operation events needed for troubleshooting and integrity checks
C. Device & Network Information
Device information (e.g., device model, OS version, language settings)
Network information (e.g., IP address)
D. Analytics & Measurement Data (SDKs)
We use analytics/measurement SDKs to understand how the Service is used and to improve stability and performance:
GameAnalytics (analytics and diagnostics)
Meta / Facebook SDK (app events and measurement)
These providers may collect or receive certain device identifiers and event data from your device. Depending on your device and permissions, this may include identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) or other device/app identifiers, as well as IP address and event information.
We do not use these SDKs for delivering third-party ads inside the Service (we do not show ads).

Cookies / Browser Tracking
The Service is a mobile application and does not use cookies or similar browser-based tracking technologies in the app.
Our Privacy Policy webpage does not use tracking cookies or browser-based trackers for marketing/advertising purposes.
Like most websites, standard server access logs (e.g., IP address, timestamp, user-agent) may be processed by the hosting provider for basic security and operational purposes.
What we do NOT collect in the current Service setup:
We do not collect or store passwords
No real-money payment or billing information (the Service does not process IAP/paid purchases)
No in-app advertising data for ad delivery (the Service does not display ads)
Note: We may record virtual item acquisition events (using in-game currency/resources) as gameplay logs only
How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
Provide and maintain the Service
Enable and manage sign-in and account linking (e.g., Google Sign-In and GamePot account linking)
Save and restore gameplay progress and support account-related features where applicable
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct diagnostics
Understand usage trends and improve game features and user experience
Respond to support inquiries
Protect the Service from fraud, abuse, and security threats
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention periods are as follows:
We delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this Policy or when the applicable retention period expires, unless retention is required by law.
Electronic records: permanently deleted or rendered unrecoverable using commercially reasonable methods (e.g., secure deletion/overwriting).
Printed materials (if any): shredded or securely destroyed.
Backups: deleted or overwritten according to our backup rotation schedule.
If we must retain certain information for legal or security reasons, we restrict access and retain it only as long as necessary.
Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
A. Service Providers (Processors)
We use third-party providers to support the Service. They may process information on our behalf, subject to contractual and technical safeguards, including:
Amazon Web Services (AWS): infrastructure and hosting for the Service (e.g., server operation, logs, and service data storage)
GamePot: account linking and related service operations
Google: authentication services when you choose Google Sign-In
GameAnalytics: analytics and diagnostics
Meta / Facebook SDK: app events and measurement
B. Legal / Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if necessary to:
Comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process
Protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or the Company
Prevent or investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security issues
Note: We do not provide cloud-based services to users as a separate offering. AWS is used solely to operate and host the Service.
International Data Transfers
We are based in South Korea, and our service providers may operate in other countries (including the United States). Your information may be processed and stored outside your state/province/country of residence. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place when transferring or processing data internationally.
Age Requirement and Minors’ Privacy
The Service is intended for individuals age 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16. If you believe a person under 16 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Your Privacy Rights (United States and Canada)
Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights, such as requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
